Returns & Exchanges:
* Customized items or pre-order items are non-returnable unless deemed damaged or defective. If there is any fault in craftsmanship or quality, we will repair/replace, the item/s. We stand behind our work 100%!
(NOTE) - We use genuine Herman Oak leather cut straight from the hide. Our leather is virgin and comes with a spray finish from our leather shop. Patches will be lighter in color and darken over time.
Hats exposed to high volumes of dirt, sun, and sweat are likely to discolor which is not a defect in materials.
Hat Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and hats have been ordered, orders cannot not be cancelled. We are a small business family operation that bases our turn around time on received orders. Your order may affect us turning away or extending turn around times on other future orders in order to meet expected turn around times for our customers. We also order hats to meet customers requests, as we do not house large amounts of inventory on site. Due to this, we do not offer refunds once an order has processed. We are happy to work with you on proofs and deciding on the perfect patch for your hat though to proceed with orders.
